EVNA

services

Charging infrastructure, end to end.

Procurement, design, installation, and ongoing operations — every part of EV charging executed by a single accountable team, under one contract.

01 · procurement

Hardware, sourced for fit — not for commission.

We're vendor-neutral. Charger selection is based on technical fit, your operational needs, and total cost of ownership — not on which manufacturer is paying us the most this quarter.

what we source

  • AC chargers (7kW–22kW)
  • DC fast chargers (50kW–400kW)
  • Switchboards and electrical distribution
  • Mounting, civil works, and signage
  • Network and monitoring equipment

how we choose

  • OCPP-compliant hardware
  • Technical fit for site and use case
  • After-sales support and parts availability
  • Warranty terms and service network
  • Total cost of ownership over the term

Hardware stays your asset. We don’t lock you to vendors or proprietary lifecycles.

02 · design and installation

Engineering that fits your site — not the other way around.

Every site is different. Capacity, layout, traffic patterns, switchboard configuration, civil constraints. We design for your reality, not a generic template.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Site survey, capacity audit, civil and electrical review.

  2. 02

    Design

Engineering drawings, specifications, scope of works.

  3. 03

    Approvals

    Network connection, permits, grant applications.

  4. 04

licensed and compliant

All electrical works performed by licensed contractors to AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules, AS/NZS 3008 cable selection, and AS/NZS 61851 EV charging standards.

03 · operations and maintenance

Chargers earning, not sitting idle.

We run your chargers 24/7 so you don't have to. Remote monitoring, driver support, billing operations, and on-the-ground maintenance — all included from day one, not a separate contract.

Common questions about evna's services.

No. We're vendor-neutral and source from multiple OCPP-compliant manufacturers based on the specific needs of each project. Our hardware decisions are made on technical fit and total cost of ownership, not on commission structures.

You do, by default. Hardware ownership is part of the engagement structure — under our standard Connect and Deploy engagements, the hardware is your asset. Under CaaS, ownership terms are part of the agreement and are transparent before signing.

Yes. If your existing chargers are OCPP-compliant, we can take over network operations, billing, and maintenance without replacing the hardware. We also support migration from proprietary networks where possible — terms vary by manufacturer.
